1. The service

Morningbrain is provided by Morningtrain ApS, CVR 33362749, Denmark. It connects Claude to business tools you have access to and redacts personal data before results reach the AI. Access is given by your organisation's administrator.

2. Your accounts

You may only connect accounts you are authorised to use. Morningbrain acts with your permissions in each connected service and never more. You can disconnect any account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Morningbrain to break the law, to get around access an administrator has not granted, or to try to reverse the redaction of personal data.

4. AI output

Answers are generated by an AI from the data it is given and can be wrong. Check important figures in the source before acting on them. Redaction is automatic and, while thorough, not guaranteed to catch every piece of personal data.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be available but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, Morningtrain is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

6. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Danish law applies.
