Who we are

What Morningbrain does
Morningbrain lets you ask Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, questions about data in the business tools you already use, such as your CRM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Slack and Jira. It fetches only what is needed to answer the question, replaces names, email addresses, phone numbers and CPR numbers with placeholders such as <PERSON_1>, and returns the result to your Claude conversation.

The data your tools return is not stored. It is processed in memory to answer the question. The log never contains your questions or the answers.
Google data
When a Google account is connected, Morningbrain reads reports from Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in a Google account. Google data is used only to answer questions, and never sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we protect it
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Morningbrain runs on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Finland, in the EU. Only people an administrator has granted access can query a client's data, and every call is logged.
Who we share it with
- Anthropic receives the answer, with personal data replaced, in your own Claude conversation.
- Hetzner hosts the servers.
- Microsoft handles sign-in.
We do not sell or rent data to anyone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and object to how it is processed. Write to support@morningtrain.dk, and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
